Other random stretching while watching TV, I will be up early tomorrow. I imagine it will start to get busy by the weekend. I did ice the knee this afternoon. It feels junky now if i sit for longer than 10 min, so i will not being doing that again for awhile i think unless i have too. I think it is getting to the point my knee needs to keep moving constantly to feel decently. No pain just weirdly stiff.
Hope everyone had a safe new year's eve. we simply went to see Jack Reacher at the late show and then came home.
