3 Feb 2013- Session #2-Don't bother to resist...

For Session # 2 on the day, an all Marilyn Manson Playlist. It was time to get the Obscene desire to Push the Prowler out of my system. When i showed up 3 victims of the ordinary looking contraption were laying on the floor. One of them even had a little Prowler flu before he left. Extra inspiration. Just what i did not need. I will write this out as it went down. As always slow big steps. I really did try to push the pace on the lighter weights tonight. Almost getting to a slow jog at a few points, but the Recovering leg is not quite there yet. Close. Not yet though, few more days.

Not sure if i mentioned the reason for the constant 20 m. Simply it is marked on the field house floor half moon part of the track. So it is an easy reference. Breaks were even shorter than usual tonight. Pushing the 230 lbs felt good. I backed off because i had already blasted my hamstrings hard this morning and because i wanted to see if i could get some faster, zero rest, pushes in to get some more conditioning out of tonight's session. Tuesday i will MAX at 180 lbs and simply go for broke on the 20 m distance with minimal to no rest. Tomorrow night i HAVE to get a jog /walk session in. Probably some treadmill too.

Time for Football, Taco's, Caramel Pop Corn, and a Cider.
