11 May 2013 - who's going to run this town tonight?

Feeling decent enough this morning. Both Knees are a little stiff and sore. My Low back is still tight. So thankfully i don't Squat until tomorrow. My hip feels better after the 1 hr plus stretching and mobility work i did in the afternoon. That will have to be a daily occurrence until it feels loose and supple. The joys of getting old. I am very thankful for feeling this way though. My whole body feeling stiff and sore from training hard on regular basis is always welcome. Especially now that i am picking up speed with my training.

Side Bends 2 x 15

As per usual everything listed was done in between sets of Pull Ups. I waited until the Push Ups were done to do the Tricep work. The Lunges seem to put stress on both my knees. They are sore from the work they have been doing. So it felt good to warm them up and get them moving. No Patella pain or any of the past complications. That seems to be over and done with. The X-over lunges help activate my glutes and the regular lunges were just to extend the work of my legs.
The Back Extensions and the Rev Hypers made my back feel great. As for the Pull Ups i am definitely on track to hit 20 reps in one all out set next weekend.
Continuous High Intensity (CHI) Swim is on the books for tonight. Off to eat more food. not much else on the books to do today.
